Payment is due at the time of service.
For clients who prefer to pay cash or Zelle, my payment fee is
$185 per 60 minutes (Cash discount of $170)
$231 per 75 minutes (Cash discount of $213)
$278 per 90 minutes (Cash discount of $255)
For new patients - please arrive on time, during the initial visit there is a 15 - 30 minutes Evaluation Intake, as well as, three standard healthcare mandatory Consent to Arbitration forms to be signed.
I am an Out of Network (preferred provider organization) for patients with United Heathcare, Cigna, Aetna, I will send an Out-of-Network claim in to your insurance company for the services rendered during the initial 75 minute visit.
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield pays you, the subscriber, directly, one exception to this is Google, which pays the Out of Network provider.
Aetna takes about two weeks to process, Cigna three weeks, United and Anthem BCBS three to four weeks to process. Oxford does not cover acupuncture for Out of Network providers (unless you have an unusually expensive policy with Oxford), since the higher you pay into your policy, the more they pay out.
I welcome more McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Google, Deutsche Bank, Amazon, Price Waterhouse Cooper, Blackstone, META, Blackrock, JP Morgan Chase, employees to my Chelsea home-office practice, as they have excellent group corporate policies. I also welcome auto accident injury cases.
