What is ProCell MD microchanneling?
ProCell MD level is the 2022 award winning, top of the line, quiet, motorized dermastamping device:
The ProCell MD Level Microchanneling Device is 50% more powerful and 50% faster than the Pro Level. It won the 2022 Aestheticians’ Choice Awards' Dermascope Winner and is American made. Microchanneling uses individual motorized tapping motions for an abundance of controlled needle punctures. The down time is only 60 - 90 minutes. I follow the treatment with a hyaluronic face mask for ten minutes to hydrate the skin.
During microchanneling, small wire-based filaments are used with microscopic channels to stamp the epidermis. Unlike microneedling, microchanneling offers a less abrasive experience. I purchased ProCell’s finest device, the MD level, and I usually work with a .25mm Face Tip, which is minimally invasive and described as painless by most patients. It leaves a light blush and tightening effect immediately after. This eliminates the need for a topical numbing cream. Precision micro-needles are tapped into the skin creating uniform micro-channels. A single pass over the face using the ProCell system will create hundreds of thousands of micro-channels. Each microchannel is surrounded by healthy tissue, which enhances the healing process. In response to each micro-injury, an inflammatory healing process begins which initiates the formation of new collagen.
The down time is typically 60-90 minutes. Linear stamping technique results in substantially decreased discomfort for clients. The ProCell growth factor serum healing yields previously unattainable results. It has a high concentration of physiologically balanced Stem Cytokines (derived from human bone marrow stem cells) fortified with two recombinant Growth Factors, TGF-ß3 and IGF-1. The addition of classical actives such as peptides and antioxidants yield a robust skincare system. Wrapped in nanolipid carriers for enhanced penetration, these ingredients create exceptional results at the cellular level.
The microchannels that are created kickstart your body’s natural healing response, leaving your skin less red or inflamed. It may take up to two months for your collagen and elastin supply to increase until you see visible changes in the health and appearance of your skin. For the best results, you may want to schedule follow-up sessions every four to six weeks. Many patients receive three to six treatments to achieve their goals.

ProCell Microchanneling Aftercare Instructions
Microchanneling temporarily creates hundreds of thousands of micro-channels into the skin to be "filled" by new healthy collagen. It also allows topical solutions to absorb up to 300% more effectively. During treatment, serums applied (containing naturally-derived growth factors, peptides and cytokines) restore and amplify biological communication during the wound-healing cascade that an aging immune system no longer provides.
A perfect balance of gentle stimulation of your skin produces "wound healing" without a wound, complimented by the infusion of nutritious and vital factors responsible for helping you produce... your best skin!
Here are a few things to remember after your treatment while those micro-channels remain :
DO NOT apply anything to treated areas for 90 minutes after
your treatment is finished unless it is provided to you by your certified ProCell provider with instructions.
DO NOT touch treated areas with your hands, cellphone or any other foreign objects for 90 minutes after your treatment is finished! Irritations from these sources can cause allergic reaction or possible acne breakout.
Avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours post treatment.
You may apply sunscreen 90 minutes after your treatment is finished.
Hydrate and moisturize your skin constantly to achieve the best results!
Never let your skin dry out! If you experience excessive dryness in the days or weeks following your treatment, you can purchase additional post-treatment hydrating masks through your certified ProCell provider!
